DMCA Policy

Apk Mod is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures concerning copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We will respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us in accordance with the DMCA. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Apk Mod infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a DMCA notice to us.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA infringement notification with Apk Mod, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including its title, author, and registration number if applicable.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide the specific URL(s) on Apk Mod where the infringing material is located. We require direct links to help us locate the content efficiently.
  3. Sufficient information to permit us to contact the complaining party: This includes your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on Apk Mod was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA notice does not file a court action against you within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URL(s) on Apk Mod where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Apk Mod may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.
